Don't let this year's holiday office party turn into a liability.
Fortunately, many companies experienced a better bottom line this year as the economy continued to show signs of recovery. That means the possible return of the annual office holiday party. Before you let the holiday cheer flow at your event this year, however, be sure to check your list twice and make sure you have taken the proper steps to avoid liability for incidents that occur during and after the party.
