Lorraine Catalusci and Hannah Mahaffey Join Walter Haverfield Litigation Group
Walter Haverfield is pleased to announce that Lorraine Catalusci and Hannah Mahaffey have joined the firm as associates in the Litigation Group.
Lorraine’s principal background is human resources and employment law. She will provide critical support on a variety of employment-related matters, including those involving employment agreements and handbooks, executive compensation, HR policy development and management, discipline and discharge, as well as day-to-day counseling and compliance with federal and state employment laws, including FLSA, FLMA, ADA, INA, EEO laws, Title VII, ADEA, the Equal Pay Act, FCRA, COBRA, NLRA, OSHA and Ohio’s Workers’ Compensation laws. Lorraine holds a J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a B.A. from Cleveland State University.
Hannah focuses her practice on the representation of entities and executives on a broad range of complex commercial litigation. With previous experience in both the Cuyahoga County Public Defender’s Office and private practice, Hannah provides diverse insight and experience on legal issues at the local, state, and federal level. Hannah holds a J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law and a B.A. from Kent State University.
