Brendan Carney Joins Walter Haverfield Real Estate Group
Walter Haverfield is pleased to announce that Brendan Carney has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Group.
Brendan focuses his practice on the representation of entities and executives on a broad range commercial real estate matters, including drafting and negotiating leases, purchase and sale agreements, and sale-lease backs for office, medical, and retail spaces. He also works closely with the Business Services Group, advising companies and entrepreneurs on mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating manufacturing and supply agreements, and general business counseling.
