Alex Hurtuk is a partner in Walter Haverfield’s Real Estate group located in Northeast Ohio. He has experience in assisting with a broad range of real estate law matters, such as the leasing, development, construction, acquisition and disposition of retail, mixed-use, office, warehouse and general commercial space. Alex has drafted agreements on behalf of sellers, purchasers, developers, lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants. He enjoys representing clients such as landlords and tenants in preparing lease agreements for general commercial real estate use.

  • Reviews and analyzes due diligence materials including, but not limited to, title commitments and surveys.
