Alexandra is an experienced litigation attorney and business advisor with a collaborative and results driven approach that has proven successful in problem solving, fostering trust, and mitigating risks across a broad range of legal disciplines, including, litigation, dispute resolution, general counsel services, management, and corporate. She has significant experience litigation commercial litigation, products liability, real estate, insurance coverage, premise liability, and consumer sales protection act cases. Alexandra regularly represents clients in trials, mediations, arbitrations, and hearings.

Alexandra currently serves as Secretary for the Northern District of Ohio’s Federal Bar Association.

  • Provides regulatory compliance support involving numerous agencies including, on all data protection and privacy regulations, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor Carrier Administration (FMCSA), and various consumer sales practices acts and protection laws
  • Initiates, responds to and resolves disputes with employees, vendors, business partners, and contractors
  • Serves as general counsel to small businesses, managing daily business matters including employment and benefits, drafting and negotiating contracts, and policies
  • Drafts and negotiate contracts, including Master Service Agreements, Letter of Intents, Leases for Real Property, employment related agreements, and other core-business contracts
  • Performs all aspects of acquisition work, including due diligence, drafting, and revising purchase agreements
