Alicia is a recognized leader in the practice of real estate law and has extensive experience working with businesses and vendors in the hospitality and restaurant industries. Her practice focuses on representing developers and sellers/buyers in the sale/acquisition of commercial property as well as commercial leasing on behalf of both landlords and tenants.  She successfully counsels restaurants, bars, and hotel companies on commercial leasing and liquor permit matters, business structure, and mergers and acquisitions. She also advises construction companies, homebuilders, general contractors, and subcontractors on a variety of real estate-related matters.

A strong advocate for her clients, Alicia takes the time to learn their business objectives and strategies. She takes great satisfaction in building valuable relationships with individuals, working as a team and providing practical solutions to issues.

Alicia is a passionate Ohio State Buckeyes fan and a graduate of the Ohio State University Moritz School of Law.
