As a member of the Walter Haverfield Real Estate Group, Nicholle assists in the documentation, negotiation and closing of complex commercial real estate transactions. She also represents commercial lenders in loan transactions involving commercial real estate. Prior to Walter Haverfield, Nicholle worked at a title agency where she prepared commercial commitments and closing statements, reviewed title documentation, and assisted closing transactions.
