Sachin Java Receives ABA’s 2024 “On the Rise” Award
The American Bar Association recently honored Business Services associate Sachin Java with its “On the Rise” award in recognition of his work with public and private companies, entrepreneurs, private equity firms, and other financial services participants. Sachin advises clients across a wide spectrum of corporate and securities transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, banking and commercial finance, and general business counseling. He is also an active member of the ABA Business Law Section’s M&A Committee having served as a Business Law Fellow, Contributing Editor for Business Law Today, and Legal Project Management lead.
The ABA’s annual “On the Rise” program provides national recognition for 40 ABA young lawyer members who exemplify a broad range of high achievement and legal and community service.
