Walter Haverfield Elects Lindsay Svetlak and Alex Hurtuk to the Partnership
Walter Haverfield is pleased to announce that Lindsay Svetlak and Alex Hurtuk have been elected to the firm’s partnership, effective January 2025.

Lindsay is a member of Walter Haverfield’s Real Estate Group. She advises clients on a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and commercial leasing matters, as well as franchise-related counsel for both franchisors and franchisees. Lindsay holds a J.D. from The University of Akron School of Law and a B.A. from Allegheny College.
Alex is a member of Walter Haverfield’s Real Estate Group. He advises clients on the leasing, development, construction, acquisition, structuring of ownership, and disposition of retail, mixed-use, multi-family, office, warehouse, and commercial real estate properties. Alex holds a J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a B.A. from Allegheny College.
